Terms of Service | Nassim Studio

This Contract governs the provision of web services by the Developer to the Client. It is designed to be simple, clear, and applicable to all projects activated by accepting a quote.

1. Parties

This Contract is concluded between Nassim Studio (Batna, Algeria) and the Client (natural or legal person identified in the accepted quote).

2. Definitions

Nassim Studio, web development service provider.

Commercial proposal stating services, prices, and deadlines.

3. Scope of Services

The Services provided are strictly limited to those described in the quote accepted by the Client. Any work, feature, or modification not explicitly mentioned in the quote is not included and will be subject to a separate quote.

4. Payment Terms

of the total amount due before work begins.

5. Revisions and Modifications

The services include a maximum of two (2) revisions, limited to design or content adjustments. After final validation, no modifications are included and any subsequent request will be considered a new paid service.

6. Ownership

Ownership of the delivered site or system is transferred to the Client only after full payment of all amounts due. Unless stated otherwise, the Developer retains full administrator access for technical maintenance.

7. Applicable Law

This Contract is governed by Algerian law. The parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
